Stop for a moment
And ask yourself a simple question:
"Am I happy?"
If the answer is "Yes" then go on with what you were doing
But if the answer is "No" immediately stop what you are doing (if possible, according to the situation)
Ask yourself what it that makes you happy is
Then pursue it
Don’t use the excuse: "It's not that simple"
You are already using up energy and time on something you do not want
Why not spend the same time and energy on that you want?
It's all up to you, you can either:
Or remain unhappy as you now are
But do not complain
Because you can do something about it
